Zumba Beginner - Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 1pm
(Aerobic classes that feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats)

Zumba Advanced - Tuesday, Thursday @ 5:30pm
(Much faster than beginner Zumba, more aerobic and calorie burning)

The ROC is a wonderful recreation facility owned by First Baptist Church-Longview that is available for use by FBCL members and the community alike!  The ROC offers a gym, indoor walking track, cardio equipment, weight room, aerobics room, computer lab, exercise classes, and game area (pool, foosball, ping pong).  While First Baptist members are able to use the ROC at a minimal cost, anyone is welcome to purchase a guest membership (information below).  The ROC is also available for birthday parties, showers, and other event rentals.

First Baptist Church-Longview offers various types of activities and programs for everyone, and we hope that through your visit and involvement at the ROC you will come to know Christ as your personal savior. The goals of the ROC are:

• To minister to followers of Christ and introduce Him to those who are not followers
• To attract those not involved in a church into the fellowship of the church
• To deepen relationships of FBCL members through ROC activities
• To provide a Christian setting for meaningful leisure time activities
• To teach participants new recreational skills for increased enjoyment & health

God has blessed us with beautiful facilities that enable us to share Christ and His unconditional love with others. If you are already participating or just now looking to be involved, we want you to be a part of every activity that interests you, ranging from fitness, spiritual, educational or special interest classes.

Membership Information

Full Facility Use

Includes: cardio equipment, track, gym, weight room,
aerobics room, computer lab, & game area

Adults 18 years & older - $100 pre-paid yearly fee
with an annual processing fee of $20

Spouse - $10 pre-paid yearly fee
with an annual processing fee of $20

Children under 18 are free but must be accompanied
by a parent or in a program to participate.


Walking Track/Cardio Equipment Use Only

Adults 18 years & older - $50 pre-paid yearly fee
with an annual processing fee of $20

Spouse - $10 pre-paid yearly fee
with an annual processing fee of $20

Children under 18 are free but must be accompanied
by a parent or in a program to participate.

Children under 16 are not allowed on machines at any time.

FBCL Members

Adults 18 years & older - $15 annual processing fee
